When you are placed on an assignment, it will be necessary for you to complete the W-4 and I-9 forms and submit the original signed copies to Scientemps through the US Postal system.  You can obtain those documents by following the links below.

  Note: To avoid untimely delays in your employment... If you are submitting an I-9 Employment Eligibility Form, be sure to include the Evidence of Identity and Employment Eligibility as described in Form I-9, Section 2.
